License terms
If Home Poker Blind Timer is made available through Apple’s App Store, it is licensed, not sold. Unless its product page supplies a different agreement, use is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple’s terms address the license, maintenance, warranties, liability, governing law, and third-party beneficiary rights.
App-specific notice
The app is a timer for an in-person game. It does not provide wagering, stakes, prizes, winner determination, payments, or remote play.
You remain responsible for entries, choices, exported files, device backups, and any action taken using information shown by the app.
Availability and changes
Features may change between releases. Optional or separately described capabilities are not promised unless they are present and enabled in the version installed on your device. A draft in-app purchase in App Store Connect does not make purchases or subscriptions available in the app.
