Tell us what happened.
Email danilapryadko@icloud.com with the app name, version, iOS version, device model, steps you took, expected result, and actual result. Attach a screenshot only if it does not expose information you do not want to share.
Before contacting support
- Finish or cancel any visible recovery prompt before repeating the action.
- Check that your device has available storage and that the relevant iOS permission is enabled.
- Close and reopen the app. Avoid deleting it until you have preserved any records you need and confirmed any available export.
App-specific guidance
- Check Camera permission in iOS Settings if capture is unavailable.
- Keep a copy of an exported archive before deleting or replacing a device if you need to preserve the journal.
Your data
Delete records inside the app, use Delete Everything, or remove the app. Delete exports and backups at their destinations separately; the app cannot erase recipient or system-backup copies.
There is no Kovi Apps login or server-side app account. See the privacy policy for storage, permission, and sharing boundaries.
Product boundary
The journal records manual observations. It does not diagnose colonies, prescribe treatment or dosing, or replace veterinary, apiary, safety, or regulatory guidance.
